Used parts
Parts are used unless a listing says otherwise. They are sold as described, including listed damage. A bent, dented, or “for parts” item is not a defect if the listing says so.
Fitment
You are responsible for confirming the part fits your bike. Year, model, and OEM part numbers in the listing are a guide. We are not liable for install errors or a bike that does not match the listed fitment.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (including labor, downtime, or towing) from a part purchased on this site.
