When you order, we collect the name, email, shipping address, and payment details needed to fulfill the order. Payment card data is handled by PayPal and/or WooPayments. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

We use this information to process orders, ship parts, handle refunds, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share order details with payment processors (PayPal, WooPayments) and the shipping carrier for your order. We may share data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and warranty/refund questions.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, or ask us to delete it, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Email info@dragonadv.com.
If you sign up for GPX downloads or ride updates, we store your email address so we can send you the file and occasional news about the rides. You can unsubscribe at any time.
